MASSAGE TREATMENTS

Professional measures can include various forms of massage. What are the Solutions?
Since fascia and the lymphatic system work in tandem to prevent illness, and maintain body structure, actions taken to improve the health of one can have significant effects on the other. Simple measures one can take to improve lymphatic/fascial health include – hydration, gentle stretching and exercise, good nutritional support, self massage, breathwork, and dry brushing.

A specialised manual technique that stimulates the lymph system to operate efficiently and promote optimal health.

A specific rhythmic sequence is followed to encourage the movement of lymph fluid around the body, which activates cleansing, detoxing and removal of waste. It is particularly beneficial for client’s suffering from swelling of the extremities/limbs, those recovering from surgery, lipedema, lymphedema, and those interested in general health maintenance.

Pair your lymphatic session with a visit to the Infra Red saunas, Contrast Therapy Baths, or Hyperbaric Chamber.
